Our Research Projects

The Alpine Ecosystems Research Institute conducts multi-disciplinary research to clarify the evolving relationships between humans, montane ecosystems, and their native species. Our projects explore various aspects of these relationships, including the impact of climate change on alpine ecosystems, the effects of human activities on wildlife and habitat, and the potential for conservation and restoration efforts to mitigate these impacts.
